Due to the digital nature of the educational products offered on this website, all sales are generally final.
Once access to a digital course, webinar recording, downloadable file, or other digital educational material has been granted, refunds cannot usually be provided.
Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
duplicate payments
accidental multiple purchases
technical inability to access purchased content
billing errors
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
If a live webinar is cancelled by the organizer, participants will either:
receive access to a rescheduled session, or
receive a full refund.
Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Unauthorized chargebacks after successful delivery of digital products may result in suspension of access to all educational materials.
